Press pause … on a regular basis

I know I say this a lot BUT it is really IMPORTANT!!⠀

Running your own business (or working for someone else) is hard work and we all need to remember to pause ... even if only for a short time ... it is really beneficial.⠀

I wrote this poem in the middle of a sleepless night some time ago ... I have shared it on my social media but I thought I would pop it in a ‘musing’ so it is more permanent. Enjoy …⠀⠀

Pause

Pause to admire

Pause to reflect

Pause to be thankful

and not to forget.

Pause to respect

Pause to be grateful

and not to expect.

Pause to listen

Pause to be cheerful

and not to weaken.

Pause to unburden

Pause to share

Pause to be kind

and not to compare.

Pause to be joyful

… just pause and believe.
